For some of us, the idea of spiritual habits—spiritual disciplines, quiet times, devotions, etc.—might be pretty familiar. But most of us probably need a little help to figure out how to grow spiritually. In February, we’ll establish a few rhythms that help us make spiritual growth a habit.
